This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PEPGLO CO collects when you use our website, place an order, download a guide, book a consult, or sign up for our list — and what we do with it. We treat your information carefully, share it sparingly, and never sell it.
1. Information we collect
You give us:
- Account & order details — name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (optional, for order updates only).
- Payment information — credit-card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (see Section 3); we never see or store full card numbers on our servers. If you pay in cryptocurrency, we receive only the wallet transaction metadata.
- Lead-magnet sign-ups — when you request the Peptide Starter Guide, you give us your first name, email, and an optional phone number for follow-up.
- Consult intake — if you book a wellness-coaching conversation, you may share self-reported health, lifestyle, and goal information. We treat consult content as confidential and do not store bloodwork, lab values, or other medical-record-grade data in marketing systems.
We collect automatically:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps. Used for analytics, fraud screening, and infrastructure operations.
- Cookies and similar tools — see Section 4.
2. How we use your information
- Fulfill orders, ship Products, and provide customer service.
- Send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, consult reminders, password resets.
- Send marketing or educational emails (newsletter, guide follow-ups) only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms.
- Improve the Site, our Products, our content, and the consulting experience.
3. Who we share with
We share personal information only with vendors that need it to make the Site work. Current categories:
- Payment processors — for credit-card transactions, our high-risk payment gateway and underwriter. For cryptocurrency transactions, our crypto-payment provider. Each receives only the information needed to authorize, settle, and reconcile your payment.
- Shipping & fulfillment — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or our fulfillment partner, who receive your name, shipping address, and order contents in order to deliver your package.
- Email & messaging — our transactional and marketing-email provider, who receives your name and email address to deliver order updates and (if opted in) marketing.
- Analytics & site infrastructure — our hosting provider and privacy-respecting analytics tool. We do not run behavioral advertising trackers on this Site.
- Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers as needed to operate the business, under confidentiality obligations.
- Government & law-enforcement requests — only as required by valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade email lists. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.
4. Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies to keep the Site working — for example, to remember items added to your cart and to keep you logged in. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work without them.
5. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as required by tax law and to respond to chargebacks and warranty claims (typically seven years). Marketing-list contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Consult intake notes are kept for as long as you are an active or returning client and deleted on written request.
6. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to (a) access the personal information we have about you, (b) correct inaccurate information, (c) request deletion, (d) opt out of marketing communications, and (e) ask us not to share information for certain purposes. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pepgloco.com.
California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege vendor relationships — to protect the personal information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; but we will notify affected users in a timely manner if a security incident affects their personal information.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
PEPGLO CO is based in the United States and currently ships only to U.S. addresses. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States under U.S. law.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version is always posted at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers where reasonably possible.
