We ship every order in the order it was placed, packed with care, and with the tracking information you need to follow it from our facility to your door. Below is what to expect.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to:
- International destinations, including Canada and Mexico.
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.).
- Freight forwarders, parcel-forwarding services, or addresses we identify as resale logistics hubs.
We may also decline to ship to specific states or municipalities whose local law restricts the sale or possession of a particular ordered Product. If your order falls into this category, we will email you, cancel the affected line, and issue a full refund for it within two business days.
2. Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day. During promotional periods or product re-stocks, processing may extend an additional 1–2 business days; we will note any such delay on the product page or in your order confirmation.
3. Carrier & transit time
Our default carrier is USPS Priority Mail, with typical transit times of 2–4 business days after handoff. We may use UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for larger orders or for destinations where USPS service has been unreliable. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Packaging
Every order ships in a discreet outer box with no PEPGLO CO or peptide-related branding on the exterior. Inside, lyophilized vials are protected by foam inserts; reconstituted or temperature-sensitive orders ship with an insulated liner and a frozen gel pack rated to keep contents below recommended storage temperature for 48–72 hours in transit. Once delivered, refrigerate promptly per Product instructions.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the carrier scans your package. If you don't see it within 24 hours of receiving your shipping-confirmation email, check your spam folder, then email hello@pepgloco.com.
6. Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after handoff, contact us — we will open a carrier trace and ship a replacement if the package is confirmed lost. Packages marked “Delivered” that are reported missing are handled case-by-case under our Refund & Return Policy; we may ask you to file a stolen-mail report with USPS before re-shipping. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will hold the order and email you to confirm a corrected address; reshipment postage is paid by the customer.
7. Shipping address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once they have been handed to the carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery to addresses with known carrier issues (apartment buildings without secure parcel storage, vacation rentals, etc.). For higher-value orders we recommend signature confirmation, available as a paid upgrade at checkout.
8. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We may offer free standard shipping above a stated order threshold from time to time; the threshold will be shown in the cart when active.
9. Storage on arrival
Refrigerate lyophilized vials within a few hours of delivery; freeze reconstituted product per the dosing-guide instructions included with your order. Improper storage will void the replacement options described in our Refund Policy.
