By using the Site, placing an order, or booking a consult, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility

4. Orders, pricing, availability
All orders are subject to acceptance by PEPGLO CO. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be for resale, orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions, orders that fail verification or fraud screening, or orders where pricing or stock has been misrepresented through technical error. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected at any time before shipment.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (credit-card and, where offered, cryptocurrency gateways). By submitting payment information you authorize the relevant processor to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. PEPGLO CO does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

7. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Administer any Product to a human or animal subject.

- Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your eligibility to purchase.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEPGLO CO, its founder, officers, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Products, or Services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PEPGLO CO and its founder, officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of any Product, (c) your administration of any Product to a human or animal subject, or (d) your violation of any law in connection with your use of the Site.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia. You and PEPGLO CO each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL, with the “Last updated” date refreshed. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers with an active account where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PEPGLO CO regarding the Site, Products, and Services, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
