What began as a deeply personal journey quickly evolved into extensive hours of independent research and continued education focused on metabolic wellness, recovery support, cognitive optimization, and lifestyle integration.
Drawing from a background in wellness, psychology, client care, and organizational leadership, I became deeply passionate about helping people navigate wellness in a way that feels approachable, informed, and sustainable.
